About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Maintain internal infrastructure across multiple locations (network, servers, storage, virtualization)
Further develop infrastructure automation and contribute experience with Infrastructure as Code
Provide technical support for central group tools such as Google Workspace, Slack and Asana
Support access management and work closely with Cyber Security
Improve the endpoint and peripheral landscape and take responsibility for support and replacement processes

Requirements

What you’ll need

Completed degree in computer science, training as an IT specialist for system integration, IT systems electronics technician, or equivalent qualification
Relevant professional experience managing SME infrastructures, digital work environments, or internal IT system landscapes
Knowledge of network and server technologies, storage, virtualization, monitoring and heterogeneous system landscapes
Experience with Proxmox and Infrastructure as Code, as well as solid skills in Linux, macOS and Windows
Experience providing technical support for digital collaboration tools such as Google Workspace, Slack or Asana
Structured, thorough and solution-oriented working style
Fluent German and strong English skills, both written and spoken
