About the role

  • Customer support and specialist advisory on Amazon accounting, VAT and EU tax matters
  • Analysis and optimization of existing customer setups
  • Interface work and close collaboration with Product and Support teams as well as external tax experts
  • Contribute to knowledge building and best practices in FAQs, the knowledge base, and documentation

Requirements

  • Completed training as a tax clerk (Steuerfachangestellte), tax specialist (Steuerfachwirt) or equivalent qualification
  • Several years of professional experience in the tax field
  • Experience supporting clients or customers is an advantage
  • Confident handling of topics such as OSS (One-Stop-Shop), EU VAT and platform taxation
  • Ideally experience in the e-commerce environment, particularly with Amazon or other marketplaces
  • Structured, meticulous and solution-oriented working style
  • Strong communication skills in German; good English skills are a plus
