About the role
- Understand and document business processes for federal clients.
- Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather requirements and feedback.
- Develop user stories, wireframes, and process flows.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure solutions meet business needs.
- Provide support during the implementation of Salesforce solutions.
- Conduct user training and assist with change management initiatives.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field.
- 3–7 years of experience as a Business Analyst , preferably in a Salesforce environment .
- Strong understanding of Salesforce Sales Cloud , Service Cloud , and/or Experience Cloud .
- Proven ability to create user stories, business process flows, wireframes, and detailed documentation.
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce configuration , including reports, dashboards, and custom objects.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments .
