About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
- Design and implement behavior intervention plans and skill acquisition programs
- Provide supervision and guidance to behavior technicians and clinical staff
- Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
- Lead team meetings and coordinate care among clinical team members
- Train and support parents, caregivers, and school staff in ABA strategies
- Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with educational teams
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation and review client data to ensure treatment effectiveness
Requirements
What you’ll need- Active BCBA certification required
- Strong leadership and team collaboration skills
- Experience working with children with autism and developmental disabilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 40 lbs
- Ability to kneel, squat, and move actively during sessions
- Ability to perform computer-based work for extended periods
