About the role
- Provide clinical skills instruction and behavior reduction protocols based upon the principles of ABA to children with autism and related developmental disabilities in the home, community, and school settings.
- Responsible for drawing upon your experience to educate and train new staff on professional and clinical skills as well as client protocols.
- Facilitate communication between all team members, lead team meetings, manage and disseminate client data, and ensure that all team members have the necessary support, training, and materials to assist the client in reaching their full potential.
Requirements
- BCBA certification
- Proven leadership abilities
- Ability to interact well with children and their families
- Excellent writing and communication skills
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to work well independently and on a team
- Physical ability, lifting up to 40lbs, squatting, kneeling, etc.
