About the role
- Execute for campaigns across: Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube)
- Understand existing keyword strategy, audience targeting, and competitive analysis
- Execute fixes and on-demand support for clients
- Optimize campaigns for conversion rate, CPA, and ROAS
- Monitor and manage budgets to maximize efficiency and results
- Analyze campaign performance and identify actionable insights
- Build and/or contribute to reporting dashboards (e.g., Google Analytics, Looker Studio)
- Maintain strong performance benchmarks (e.g., ROAS targets)
- Partner with internal teams (SEO, content, design) to align paid media with broader strategy
Requirements
- 3–5+ years managing paid media campaigns across platforms (Google, Microsoft, Meta, LinkedIn)
- Proven track record of driving measurable results (leads, revenue, ROAS)
- Strong analytical skills and experience with tools like Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and CRMs (Hubspot / Salesforce)
- Ability to quickly audit and improve existing campaigns
- Clear communicator, able to explain performance and recommendations
- Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced, remote environment
- Nice-to-Have: Agency or client-facing experience
- Experience with B2B, SaaS, or service-based businesses
- Familiarity with SEO/content marketing integration
