About the role
- Participate in a kickoff call and independently manage manuscript development thereafter
- Draft manuscripts and abstracts using appropriate scientific language and publication standards
- Accurately interpret and summarize large volumes of clinical and real-world data
- Develop clear results and discussion sections based on strength of statistical results
- Collaborate with internal teams and external experts (KOLs)
- Ensure alignment with publication strategy and scientific share of voice goals
Requirements
- MD or PhD in a biological science or medical field (required)
- Strong understanding of biological mechanisms and how they might manifest clinically
- Prior experience writing scientific peer-reviewed manuscripts for industry
- Ability to understand the full scope and intent of a scientific paper
- Familiarity with real-world evidence and its application in publications
- Experience engaging with multiple KOLs across a therapeutic area
- Proven ability to work independently from concept to delivery.
