About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Serve as a Scrum Master / Agile Master, supporting the squad’s operational coordination and the organization of agile ceremonies
- Track activity progress, deliverables, and metrics, ensuring predictability and a continuous workflow
- Support activity flow management
- Identify, monitor, and escalate risks, impediments, and issues that may compromise deliverables
- Ensure alignment among stakeholders involved in the delivery process
- Keep information, tracking tools, and status updates current
- Prepare reports and presentations for management tracking
- Support squad governance and the continuous improvement of internal processes
- Support activities related to agile project management
- Work in an environment involving APIs, backend systems, integrations, and data
Requirements
What you’ll need- Experience as a Scrum Master / Agile Master
- Interest in Project Management
- Experience working with Scrum and Kanban
- Knowledge of Project Management and PMBOK
- Knowledge of Business Analysis and Requirements Analysis
- Interest in developing knowledge and working on projects related to backend systems, APIs, and data
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to keep tracking tools and information up to date
- Sense of urgency and ability to prioritize
- Ability to identify risks and impediments and carry out appropriate escalations
- Strong communication skills and ease in interacting with different departments and professional profiles
