About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Develop, maintain, and evolve applications using React, Next.js, NestJS and other technologies in the JavaScript/TypeScript ecosystem
Support technical decisions and contribute to software architecture, aligning business requirements with technology
Assist with technical refinements alongside the team, contributing to the definition and implementation of solutions
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure quality and timely delivery of requirements
Identify and propose solutions for technical impediments that may impact project progress and sprints
Support code reviews and contribute to the dissemination of development best practices
Ensure best practices in implementation, testing, security, and performance throughout the software lifecycle

Requirements

What you’ll need

Clear written and verbal communication skills for remote work
Advanced proficiency in the TypeScript/JavaScript ecosystem, especially Next.js, React, Vite, Handlebars, NestJS and related technologies
Knowledge of clean architecture
Experience with automated testing: unit, integration and end-to-end (E2E) tests
Familiarity with relational databases, including modeling, optimization and indexing
Experience with TypeORM and Prisma
Knowledge of containerization for local development and CI/CD environments
Proficient with Git, including GitFlow, pull requests (PRs) and code review
Experience working with agile methodologies such as Scrum and Kanban
Technical English
Plus: knowledge of AI applied to software development, Spec Driven Development (SDD) and messaging systems (Kafka, Pub/Sub and RabbitMQ)
Plus: experience implementing CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI or similar tools
Plus: familiarity with GCP cloud environments, including Cloud Run
