About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Analyze and understand the requirements and features that the application must implement according to the needs defined by the client
Understand the proposed solution and produce the necessary documentation to enable development
Participate in integration deliveries, including high-level estimates, DATI, data mappings, OpenAPI/Swagger and infrastructure capacity documentation
Support the business team in refinements and meetings
Work together with the development team, ensuring the solution design is implemented following software engineering best practices
Ensure appropriate application of design patterns and alignment of the architectural standard with what was previously defined
Contribute to ensuring that developed solutions are aligned with the business needs and objectives

Requirements

What you’ll need

Solid experience working as a Solution Architect, with a strong business-oriented mindset and the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions
Broad knowledge of Cloud Computing, with experience in AWS, Azure and/or GCP
Experience with distributed architectures, microservices and Event-Driven Architecture (EDA)
Experience with integrations via APIs and Web Services
Knowledge of domain modeling and Domain-Driven Design (DDD)
Advanced knowledge of messaging and asynchronous communication using technologies such as Kafka and RabbitMQ
Experience producing solution diagrams and documentation using the C4 Model
Knowledge of relational and non-relational databases, including modeling concepts and choosing solutions according to context
Knowledge of networking and infrastructure architecture
Knowledge of authentication and authorization mechanisms and protocols such as SAML, OAuth and JWT
Knowledge of ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) and data integration
Ability to work in a multidisciplinary way, moving across different technologies and architecture components
Familiarity with various cloud services and architectural components
Experience defining solutions considering scalability, security, integration, availability, performance and business needs
Ability to evaluate technological alternatives and recommend the most appropriate solution for the context and business objectives
