About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Execute support activities for credit routines and processes
- Monitor the correct granting and maintenance of credit daily
- Develop exploratory and quantitative analyses to identify and mitigate risks
- Monitor credit indicators and metrics, seeking greater accuracy of applied policies
- Identify opportunities for improvement and innovation in credit processes and policies
- Track the implementation of models, rules and changes in credit workflows
- Build requirements and participate in testing for the deployment of improvements
- Ensure the execution of processes not yet automated
- Work together with Product, Commercial, Customer Service, Data, Projects and Technology teams
- Ensure controls and evidence necessary for audits
- Support portfolio analysis and performance evaluation of credit policies
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Statistics, Business Administration, Accounting or related fields
- Experience with retail (individual) credit policies
- Experience in Credit-related projects
- Knowledge of portfolio analysis, credit models and risk management indicators
- Familiarity with credit scoring systems and risk assessment models
- Basic knowledge of Statistics
- Experience with large data volumes and quantitative analyses
- Knowledge of Excel, SQL, SAS and Databricks
- Knowledge of regulations and compliance applicable to the credit area
- Ability to work collaboratively in multidisciplinary teams
- Plus: Experience with credit engines and Tableau
