About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Execute activities related to maintaining credit routines, both manual and automated;
  • Analyze large volumes of data to support decision-making and ensure the effectiveness of credit policies;
  • Monitor indicators and metrics to evaluate the accuracy of credit policies and processes;
  • Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in workflows, proposing innovative solutions;
  • Support the collection of evidence and strengthening of controls for audits;
  • Participate in the implementation and validation of tests related to credit processes;
  • Work on strategic projects within the Credit area;
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to evolve solutions and processes;
  • Ensure compliance with policies, regulations, and Compliance practices.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Statistics, Business Administration, Economics, or related fields.
  • Experience in credit analysis for Individuals (PF) and Corporates (PJ);
  • Knowledge of credit policies, processes, and credit management;
  • Experience analyzing large volumes of data;
  • Knowledge of quantitative analysis;
  • Basic knowledge of Statistics;
  • Experience with Excel, SQL, SAS and/or Databricks;
  • Knowledge of credit scoring models and risk assessment;
  • Knowledge of portfolio analysis and risk management;
  • Familiarity with credit-related regulations and compliance;
  • Hands-on, proactive profile with a continuous improvement mindset;
  • Ability to work collaboratively in multidisciplinary teams;
  • Experience with process automation;
  • Experience in Corporate Credit desk (PJ credit desk);
  • Knowledge of credit engines;
  • Experience with Tableau;
  • Good verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail;
