Key responsibilities & impact

Work on the evolution of internal platforms and engineering infrastructures;
Develop and maintain solutions that support multiple product teams, including CI/CD pipelines, test automation, internal tools, and software architecture improvements;
Identify bottlenecks and propose continuous improvements;
Ensure solutions are scalable, secure, and efficient;
Act strategically and technically in engineering decisions;
Promote integration between development and operations (DevOps), focusing on observability, reliability, and operational efficiency;
Make cost-effective decisions with a systemic view of the technology ecosystem;
Collaborate with product and engineering teams;
Develop internal tools and engineering platforms;
Operate in alignment with technical governance practices, standardization, and continuous improvement.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Experience with Java 17+ (Spring Boot);
Experience with AI tools in software development (Amazon Q, Copilot, or similar);
Strong experience as a Fullstack Developer with JavaScript and TypeScript;
Experience with integration between development and operations (DevOps);
Experience designing, implementing, and evolving CI/CD pipelines;
Knowledge of test automation (unit, integration, e2e, performance, and security);
Experience with scalable, secure, and sustainable software architecture;
Knowledge of observability, monitoring, and system metrics analysis;
Ability to work with a systemic perspective and make cost-benefit driven decisions;
Experience developing internal tools and engineering platforms;
Ability to act strategically and collaboratively with product and engineering teams;
Alignment with technical governance practices, standardization, and continuous improvement.
