Develop new features and maintain applications with a focus on quality, performance, and scalability.
Participate in code reviews, ensuring adherence to best practices and the project's technical standards.
Collaborate with the Tech Lead and Architect in defining and implementing technical solutions.
Take part in agile ceremonies, contributing to backlog refinement, estimations, and identification of technical risks.
Investigate and fix bugs, proposing efficient and sustainable solutions.
Ensure delivery quality through implementation and maintenance of automated tests.
Apply best practices in architecture, security, observability, and performance when developing applications.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Strong experience in Full-Stack development with Node.js and NestJS.
Experience with React and Next.js.
Knowledge of Angular and Ionic/Capacitor for hybrid mobile applications.
Experience with TypeScript and JavaScript.
Familiarity with Clean Architecture, SOLID principles, and Design Patterns.
Experience with automated testing (unit, integration, and E2E).
Solid knowledge of MySQL and NoSQL databases (MongoDB, Firestore, or similar).
Experience with event-driven architectures and messaging (Pub/Sub).
Knowledge of Docker and Git (GitFlow, Pull Requests, and conflict resolution).
Familiarity with Cloud environments, preferably GCP.
Knowledge of Firebase (Firestore, Authentication, Cloud Messaging, and Realtime Database).
Experience with agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban).
Good communication skills and ability to work effectively in remote, collaborative teams.
Knowledge of CI/CD (GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, or similar).
Knowledge of Domain-Driven Design (DDD).
Experience in projects with high data volume or high concurrency.
Experience in technical leadership and defining development standards.
