About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Assist with responding to internal technical support tickets.
- Assist in configuring, installing, and maintaining laptops, desktops, and peripherals.
- Provide support for creating and maintaining accounts, emails, and groups on the Microsoft 365 platform.
- Help manage and organize IT assets (equipment and licenses).
- Assist in troubleshooting basic network and connectivity issues.
- Contribute to organizing processes and documentation for the area.
- Support the team in the continuous improvement of infrastructure and support services.
Requirements
