Key responsibilities & impact

Lead the development and execution of technology strategies aligned with business objectives, identifying opportunities for innovation, operational efficiency, and growth;
Conduct workshops to identify opportunities to deliver value through automation solutions, digital transformation, enterprise platforms, and data analytics;
Collaborate with technical teams, stakeholders, and external partners to translate business requirements into viable technology solutions;
Foster the development of technology communities, promoting a culture of innovation and expanding knowledge, adoption, and solution development;
Create and distribute communications (such as newsletters and blogs) to engage the community on technology and innovation topics;
Monitor the technology trends radar and propose strategic initiatives based on that analysis;
Evaluate the performance of initiatives and community events through impact analysis and feedback collection.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Ability to align technology with business objectives and propose strategic initiatives based on market trends;
Strong knowledge and ongoing learning in areas such as Digital Transformation, Solution Architecture, Automation, Enterprise Platforms, and Data Analytics;
Solid understanding of guidelines, information security, development best practices, and monitoring of metrics and performance indicators;
Ability to conduct client workshops, translate technical requirements for different audiences, and produce written content (blogs and newsletters);
Experience managing stakeholders, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, and the ability to engage and grow communities.
