Key responsibilities & impact

Develop optimization models using Operations Research techniques (with a focus on Mixed-Integer Linear Programming - MILP);
Apply mathematical techniques to solve complex business problems;
Conduct technical and economic feasibility studies;
Apply Net Present Value (NPV) concepts in financial analyses;
Work on process modeling involving reaction stoichiometry;
Develop and integrate solutions via APIs;
Ensure code quality through unit testing and coverage;
Operate in cloud environments and collaborate with agile teams.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Experience in Operations Research, with a focus on Mixed-Integer Linear Programming (MILP);
Experience in mathematical modeling and technical and economic feasibility studies;
Experience with Net Present Value (NPV) calculations;
Experience with Python, Pyomo and API development (FastAPI / REST);
Experience with SQL databases (PostgreSQL);
Experience with code versioning (Git/GitHub);
Experience with AWS environments (ECS, S3, Aurora);
Experience with unit testing and code quality best practices;
Experience with agile methodologies (SAFe).
