Key responsibilities & impact

Immerse in the operation by conducting shadowing (observation) sessions, interviews and usability tests with agents to understand current system usage;
Prototype solutions by creating flows, wireframes and high-fidelity prototypes in Figma, respecting—and when necessary challenging—Salesforce patterns;
Collaborate with Product Managers and Developers to ensure designs are technically feasible and meet business KPIs, such as reducing Average Handling Time (AHT);
Map journeys by creating Service Blueprints and interaction flows to represent service scenarios;
Advocate for internal users, serving as the voice of agents in the squad’s product decisions.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Must reside in São Paulo due to the need to visit the client’s service center (Chácara Santo Antônio area);
Prior knowledge of the Salesforce ecosystem, especially familiarity with the Salesforce Lightning Design System (SLDS);
Solid experience as a mid-level (Pleno) UX Designer;
Experience designing internal platforms, complex systems or back-office systems (B2B or B2E);
Systemic thinking to understand how UI changes impact databases and response times;
Proficiency with Figma and prototyping tools;
Familiarity with Design Systems;
Strong communication skills for running workshops, aligning with stakeholders and defending design decisions with data;
Experience with call center metrics (desirable);
Basic knowledge of product analytics tools (desirable).
