About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Implementation and facilitation of Planning, Daily, Review and Retrospective events;
Management of dependencies between teams;
Removal of team impediments;
Facilitation of Discovery sessions and workshops;
Visual management of boards in Jira;
Leading continuous improvement initiatives;
Supporting the Product Owner in maintaining the product roadmap;
Supporting continuous backlog elicitation and refinement;
Providing visibility and identifying efficiency opportunities based on metrics;
Workflow mapping;
Management of quarterly initiatives with leadership (Flight Levels), following the Quarter Planning model;
Conducting Kanban training;
Conducting Jira training;
Configuring Jira for teams, with FL1 boards (story level) and FL2 boards (epic level);
Migrating and organizing team backlogs in Jira;
Backlog grooming together with Product Owners;
Configuring teams in Power BI;
Creating dashboards with metrics to identify bottlenecks;
Analyzing metrics and sharing insights with teams;
Structuring synchronization agendas with stakeholders;
Implementing continuous improvements to Jira boards based on the evolution of the workflow.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Artificial Intelligence;
Experience with Scrum and Kanban;
Experience running agile rituals (Planning, Daily, Review and Retrospective);
Experience managing dependencies and removing impediments;
Experience facilitating Discovery sessions;
Experience with visual work management in Jira;
Knowledge of continuous improvement practices;
Experience supporting Product Owners (roadmap, backlog and refinement);
Knowledge of workflow mapping;
Knowledge and practices in Scrum, Kanban, PBB, BDD, story writing and slicing, backlog prioritization, OKRs and Flight Levels;
Knowledge of agile metrics such as Lead Time, Cycle Time, Throughput, Velocity, flow efficiency and Aging;
Experience with metric charts such as percentile histogram, percentile scatter and CFD;
Experience with tools: Jira, SharePoint, Power BI, AI tools, Confluence, Miro and Teams.
