About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Develop, evolve, and optimize large-scale data pipelines;
- Design solutions for data ingestion, transformation, and delivery;
- Ensure efficiency, performance, and reliability of production pipelines;
- Integrate data from multiple sources and systems;
- Work on workflow orchestration and pipeline automation;
- Support incident resolution and continuous improvements of the data platform;
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, product, and business);
- Contribute to data engineering best practices, architecture, and governance;
- Participate in technical definitions and platform evolution.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Solid experience as a Senior Data Engineer;
- Hands-on experience with:
- Databricks
- Apache Airflow (or Composer)
- Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
- Google Cloud Storage (buckets)
- SQL, Python, and PySpark
- Fivetran
- GitLab
- Experience with production data pipelines (ingestion, transformation, and orchestration)
- Analytical, proactive, and hands-on profile
- Good communication skills and ability to collaborate with technical and business teams
- Desired:
- Microsoft Azure
- Terraform
- Firebase
- Experience with CI/CD and pipeline automation
- Experience with data platform modernization and cloud architecture
