Key responsibilities & impact

Lead the analytics area and ensure the efficiency of the consumption layer;
Define standards and best practices for development in Power BI;
Support the team of analysts in migrating reports from MicroStrategy to Power BI and in creating new reports;
Assist with technical requirements analysis and the preparation of documentation;
Validate data consistency between the Silver and Gold layers and the reports;
Act as the technical liaison between the analytics team and the engineering team;
Lead the report publishing processes in the production environment;
Ensure integration between the Gold layer and analytical dashboards;
Monitor the quality and performance of reports and dashboards.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Solid experience with Power BI;
Advanced knowledge of data modeling;
Advanced knowledge of DAX;
Advanced SQL proficiency;
Knowledge of data governance and Power BI gateways;
Experience with Data Warehouse and Data Lakehouse concepts;
Knowledge of RDS (Relational Data Store);
Experience with dimensional modeling;
Experience integrating the Gold layer with reports;
Knowledge of MicroStrategy is a plus;
Proactive, organized, and strong communication skills;
Ability to provide technical leadership and support to the team.
