About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Develop long-term architectural vision for clients in the financial sector;
Build technology roadmaps aligned with business strategies;
Identify architectural risks, technical debt, and modernization opportunities;
Support decisions related to cloud, data, integrations, applications, and digital transformation;
Serve as the primary technical reference in discussions with CTOs, Heads of Technology, Enterprise Architects, and executive stakeholders;
Lead workshops, discovery sessions, and strategic meetings;
Translate business needs into technology guidance;
Support commercial teams on strategic opportunities;
Contribute to the development of technical proposals;
Ensure solutions align with client challenges and industry best practices;
Work collaboratively with partners and hyperscalers;
Support architecture and delivery teams in critical technical decisions;
Conduct architecture reviews;
Promote consistency across initiatives and projects;
Disseminate architectural best practices and standards.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Proven experience as a Principal Architect, Enterprise Architect, or equivalent roles;
Experience in large, complex corporate environments;
Background in consulting, professional services, or technology companies with strong client engagement;
Experience in the financial sector, banking, insurance, payments, fintech, or capital markets;
Experience defining cloud strategies, application modernization, data, and integration;
Ability to engage in high-level technical and executive discussions;
Consultative profile with excellent communication skills and stakeholder influence;
Experience building technology roadmaps and strategic technology planning;
