Key responsibilities & impact

Dive into operations by conducting shadowing sessions, interviews, and usability tests with agents to understand current system usage;
Prototype solutions by creating flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity prototypes in Figma, respecting — and when appropriate challenging — Salesforce standards;
Collaborate with Product Managers and Developers to ensure designs are technically feasible and meet business KPIs, such as reducing Average Handle Time (AHT);
Map journeys by creating Service Blueprints and interaction flows to represent support scenarios;
Advocate for internal users by being the voice of agents in the squad's product decisions.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Must reside in São Paulo due to the need to attend the client's service center (Chácara Santo Antônio area)
Prior experience in the Salesforce ecosystem, especially familiarity with the Salesforce Lightning Design System (SLDS);
Proven experience as a Mid-level UX Designer;
Experience designing internal platforms, complex systems, or back-office systems (B2B or B2E);
Systems thinking to understand the impact of UI changes on databases and response times;
Proficiency in Figma and prototyping tools;
Familiarity with Design Systems;
Strong communication skills to run workshops, align with stakeholders, and defend design decisions using data;
Experience with call center metrics (desirable);
Basic knowledge of product analytics tools (desirable).
