About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Develop and enhance Generative Artificial Intelligence solutions focused on document processing and analysis;
Build and maintain automated data ingestion pipelines for RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) based solutions;
Prepare, structure, and transform documents for processing by language models (LLMs);
Develop solutions using cloud AI services, focusing on Azure AI Services and Amazon Bedrock;
Implement and optimize semantic search mechanisms, embeddings, and vector databases for intelligent information retrieval;
Create, fine-tune, and evolve prompts to maximize accuracy and the quality of responses generated by AI models;
Integrate applications with Generative AI APIs, including OpenAI-based solutions and equivalent services;
Participate in defining and implementing scalable architectures for AI applications in cloud environments;
Design and execute testing plans for functional and technical validation of developed solutions;
Create metrics and indicators to monitor performance, quality, and effectiveness of AI solutions;
Produce technical and functional documentation for implemented solutions;
Work closely with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into AI-based solutions;
Present results, analyses, and solution developments to technical teams and business areas;
Contribute to the continuous improvement of practices, frameworks, and processes related to Generative AI and Machine Learning.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a postgraduate degree in IT with a minimum of 360 hours recognized by the MEC (Brazilian Ministry of Education);
Minimum of 4 years of proven professional experience in technology-related roles;
Experience with Generative AI solutions and integration of Large Language Models (LLMs);
Practical knowledge of architectures and solutions based on Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG);
Experience building automated data ingestion and processing pipelines for AI applications;
Advanced knowledge of Azure, including services such as Azure OpenAI, AI Document Intelligence, and other AI capabilities;
Knowledge of AWS, especially Amazon Bedrock;
Experience integrating with chat APIs and language models;
Knowledge of embeddings, vector databases, and semantic search mechanisms;
Experience in cloud solution architecture for AI applications;
Strong knowledge of Python for developing and integrating scalable solutions;
Experience handling and processing large volumes of data;
Familiarity with code versioning using Git;
Ability to document technical solutions and present results to diverse audiences;
Preferred: Experience in document analysis projects using Generative AI; knowledge of advanced prompt engineering techniques; experience with AI orchestration frameworks such as LangChain or similar; experience with observability and monitoring of AI applications; knowledge in evaluation and optimization of quality metrics for AI models; experience with hybrid information retrieval solutions (semantic search and traditional search); certifications in Azure, AWS, or areas related to Artificial Intelligence and Cloud Computing.
