About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Build software development solutions;
Work on integrating shopping partners, including product integration and order placement;
Integrate partners for the "Compre e Pontue" program, ensuring participants complete purchases and receive Livelo points;
Maintain a clear view of the entire software development lifecycle;
Support technical and strategic decisions, assessing risks and impacts of solutions with attention to resilience, performance, scalability and security;
Participate in building and validating developed solutions, ensuring clear communication and well-defined processes;
Collaborate with the team to design, define and execute product test scenarios;
Support the team in resolving highly complex problems with proactivity and dynamism;
Establish and promote agile development practices, encouraging collaboration, continuous feedback and continuous improvement;
Monitor and analyze performance metrics, identifying opportunities for optimization and system improvement;
Foster an inclusive and collaborative work environment, encouraging diversity and teamwork while ensuring deliverables.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems or related fields;
Experience as a Full-Stack developer using Java, Node.js, Spring Boot and React;
Knowledge of Java (version 17, 21 or higher);
Knowledge of Spring Boot;
Knowledge of Node.js and React;
Experience with distributed, resilient, scalable and high-performance architectures;
Experience in modeling, documenting and implementing APIs;
Experience with synchronous and asynchronous communication;
Experience with messaging services, with focus on AWS SNS, SQS and RabbitMQ;
Knowledge of microservices and micro-frontends architecture;
Experience with Cloud solutions (AWS, GCP, Azure);
Experience with Git, Docker and Kubernetes;
Experience with build tools and dependency management, such as Maven;
Knowledge of software observability and application troubleshooting;
Knowledge of relational and non-relational databases;
Experience with Oracle, Postgres, MongoDB, OracleDB and database access tools such as DBeaver;
Knowledge of caching solutions such as Redis;
Knowledge of software quality practices, including the test pyramid, unit testing and test automation;
Experience with API testing and validation tools such as Postman and SoapUI;
Knowledge of performance testing using JMeter;
Experience with code quality analysis (Sonar) and contract testing (Pact);
Experience with agile practices such as Scrum;
Knowledge of development tools like IntelliJ IDEA and Visual Studio Code;
Knowledge of collaboration and solution-design tools such as Miro;
Experience in development using Artificial Intelligence;
Knowledge of Dynatrace is a plus;
Knowledge of Amazon Q, Kiro and Google's ADK for agent development is a plus.
