About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Develop and maintain chatbots and intelligent agents using Python;
Design conversational flows and agent architectures, including multi-agent scenarios;
Work with frameworks such as LangChain, LlamaIndex and CrewAI;
Integrate solutions with LLM APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini);
Apply prompt engineering techniques and manage conversational context;
Develop backend APIs using FastAPI and/or Flask;
Implement integrations via Model Context Protocol (MCP);
Work with relational and vector databases;
Ensure quality through automated tests using Pytest;
Work with Docker, CI/CD and monitoring of production solutions;
Provide technical contributions to the evolution of architectures and team best practices.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Strong experience with Python backend development;
Experience developing chatbots and AI agents;
Experience with LangChain, LlamaIndex, CrewAI or similar frameworks;
Knowledge of LLM APIs and Generative AI;
Experience with FastAPI and/or Flask;
Knowledge of PostgreSQL;
Experience with vector databases such as Pinecone, Milvus or ChromaDB;
Experience with Docker and CI/CD pipelines;
Knowledge of automated testing with Pytest;
Knowledge of observability and application monitoring.
