About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Develop Artificial Intelligence and Data Science solutions to support business decision-making;
Build, train, validate, and optimize Machine Learning and Deep Learning models;
Work on projects involving NLP, Generative AI, large language models (LLMs), and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) architectures;
Develop data pipelines and integrations using Python and SQL;
Design and implement statistical models applied to business problems;
Develop dashboards, visualizations, and analytical applications using visualization libraries and AI frameworks;
Contribute to the development and evolution of intelligent chatbots;
Work with AWS cloud environments for development and deployment of solutions;
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define data-driven strategies;
Ensure the quality, scalability, and performance of delivered solutions;
Support technical presentations and communicate results to stakeholders.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Minimum of 4 years of proven experience in IT;
Bachelor's degree in IT or a postgraduate qualification in IT with a minimum recognized workload of 360 hours;
Advanced knowledge of Python and SQL;
Experience with statistical modeling and Machine Learning techniques;
Deep knowledge of NLP, Generative AI, LLMs, and RAG;
Experience with Deep Learning frameworks such as TensorFlow and PyTorch;
Familiarity with cloud computing, especially AWS;
Knowledge of statistical models and data analysis;
Experience with AI/Machine Learning and visualization libraries such as scikit-learn, Streamlit, and Matplotlib/pyplot;
Good communication, analytical skills, and presentation abilities;
Desirable experience in developing intelligent chatbots;
Collaborative, proactive profile and problem-solving oriented.
