Key responsibilities & impact

Analyze SQL query performance used by C#.Net applications;
Write, review, and propose improvements to SQL queries, focusing on optimization and performance;
Perform proactive performance monitoring of applications in development environments;
Propose improvements to data modeling aimed at scalability, efficiency, and performance;
Carry out data loading and movement between environments using database administration tools;
Support identification and resolution of performance bottlenecks and promote best practices for database usage.

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree or postgraduate studies (specialization, master's, or doctorate) in Information Technology or related fields;
Proven professional experience in the technology field (employment record and/or contractor);
Experience with SQL Server; SQL Azure (Service Tier); Databricks (Cluster CI/CD);
Strong knowledge in SQL query analysis and optimization;
Experience with monitoring database and application performance, Query Performance Insights, Intelligent Performance;
Knowledge in data modeling;
Nice-to-haves: Experience with Azure Data Factory; experience or familiarity with Databricks; experience in Azure data environments.
