Key responsibilities & impact

Build software development solutions focused on catalog functionality;
Maintain a clear view of the entire software development lifecycle;
Support technical and strategic decisions, assessing risks and impacts (resilience, performance, scalability, and security);
Work collaboratively, fostering an inclusive, diverse, and productive environment;
Participate in the design and validation of solutions, ensuring clear communication and transparency in processes;
Work with the team to define, build, and execute test scenarios;
Demonstrate proactivity and dynamism, supporting the resolution of high-complexity problems;
Establish and promote agile development practices, encouraging collaboration, continuous feedback, and ongoing improvement;
Monitor and analyze performance metrics, identifying opportunities for system optimization and evolution.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Strong experience as a Java back-end developer (Java 17, 21 or later) with Spring Boot;
Knowledge of microservices architecture;
Knowledge of synchronous and asynchronous communication patterns;
Experience with messaging systems (SNS/SQS, RabbitMQ);
Knowledge of software development best practices;
Knowledge of relational and non-relational databases;
Experience with Oracle, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, and Redis;
Knowledge of software quality practices (test pyramid, unit testing, and automation);
Experience with observability and troubleshooting (differential: Dynatrace);
Knowledge of AI development (differential: Amazon Q);
Knowledge of Google's ADK for creating agents;
Experience with agile methodologies, especially Scrum.
Differentials:
Experience with Node.js;
Experience in front-end development (React, JavaScript, TypeScript);
Experience as a Full-Stack developer;
Experience with Micro-Frontends architecture;
Knowledge of front-end to API integration (consumption, authentication, and performance).
