About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead the strategy for adopting generative AI and LLMs across the software development lifecycle;
Work alongside squads to accelerate productivity, improve efficiency, and reduce cycle time;
Assess teams' maturity and drive technical and cultural evolution plans;
Promote change management initiatives and share AI best practices;
Create content, playbooks, and internal communities on using AI in development;
Evaluate and integrate AI tools into the development pipeline (code review, testing, documentation, and code generation);
Work with developers and tech leads to configure environments, prompts, and AI-assisted workflows;
Ensure governance, security, and best practices in the use of LLMs.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Experience in software development and modern engineering practices;
Knowledge of generative AI and LLM-based tools;
Experience with automation and integrating tools into the development lifecycle;
Experience working with AWS and cloud services;
Familiarity with AI developer tools such as Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, and StackSpot AI;
Ability to lead cultural transformation and technology adoption;
Experience working with agile squads and cross-functional collaboration;
Strategic, hands-on mindset with strong communication skills;
Nice-to-haves: experience in change management and technical enablement; knowledge of governance and security applied to AI usage; experience with engineering productivity and delivery metrics; hands-on experience with prompt engineering and AI-assisted workflows.
