Manage risks, dependencies and changes throughout a project with high complexity and financial criticality;
End-to-end management of modernization waves (scope, schedule, risks and success metrics);
Track milestones and ensure adherence to the delivery plan (M1, M6);
Interface with client stakeholders, including alignment with the Control Tower and community teams;
Manage external dependencies, assumptions and the formal Change Request process;
Report progress and support technical and business decision-making;
