Key responsibilities & impact

Conduct elicitation, analysis and specification of functional requirements;
Translate business needs into clear rules and functional behaviors;
Assess functional impacts on service flows and channels;
Ensure traceability between requirements, development and testing;
Support the definition of acceptance criteria;
Collaborate with business, technology and customer service (SAC) teams;
Understand customer service journeys (human and automated), including chatbot flows;
Support quality activities, such as planning and execution of tests (functional, regression, UAT and exploratory).

What you’ll need

Experience with elicitation and analysis of functional requirements;
Experience with agile methodologies (Scrum);
Experience interfacing with the business;
Knowledge of customer service workflows;
Experience with chatbots and conversational journeys.
Desired:
Experience with functional testing and QA strategies;
Knowledge of BDD (Gherkin) for writing scenarios;
Experience with API testing (Postman or Insomnia);
Knowledge of SQL for validations;
Experience with tools such as Azure DevOps or Jira;
Knowledge of test strategies and techniques;
Experience in functional QA.
