About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Act as a QA Analyst on a fixed-scope project focused on migrating a contact center tool;
- Develop, review and maintain manual test scenarios, ensuring adequate coverage of requirements;
- Execute manual functional, exploratory, and regression tests;
- Identify, log, and track defects until resolution;
- Create and maintain test data sets, ensuring the quality of validations;
- Use Jira to manage bugs, tasks, and to track activities;
- Use Zephyr to document, organize, and execute test cycles;
- Work closely with development and product teams to understand requirements and validate deliverables;
- Support continuous improvement of quality processes with a focus on manual testing.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Experience executing manual tests, including functional, exploratory, and regression testing;
- Experience developing, reviewing, and maintaining manual test scenarios;
- Practice identifying, logging, and tracking defects (bug tracking) through to resolution;
- Experience creating and maintaining test data sets;
- Knowledge of Jira Software for bug and task management and activity tracking;
- Knowledge of Zephyr for documenting, organizing, and executing test cycles;
- Ability to work collaboratively with development and product teams to understand requirements and validate deliverables;
- Focus on quality and continuous improvement of manual testing processes.
