About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Analyze cloud costs daily (AWS, Azure and/or GCP), identifying variances and anomalies;
Identify cost offenders (services, accounts, projects, environments);
Support the development of dashboards, reports and financial KPIs;
Analyze consumption by cost center, product or team;
Assist in controlling budgets and cost alerts;
Support optimization initiatives (rightsizing, idle resources, savings plans);
Collaborate with Infrastructure, Cloud and Engineering teams;
Support chargeback and showback processes;
Propose improvements to IT financial governance;
Document analyses and support FinOps maturity.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Degree (in progress or completed) in IT, Engineering, Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration or related fields;
Initial experience, internship or projects related to data, IT finance or cloud;
Experience with visualization tools (Power BI, Looker, Tableau or similar);
Basic knowledge of cloud (AWS, Azure or GCP);
Excel or Google Sheets (intermediate/advanced);
Basic SQL;
Familiarity with OPEX, budgeting, forecasting and financial KPIs;
Knowledge of cloud governance and tagging;
Interest in FinOps and cost optimization;
Availability to work hybrid: 2x per week - Butantã neighborhood - São Paulo/SP.
