About the role

  • Provide direct support to QA leadership, contributing to the acceleration of the quality maturity plan across squads;
  • Conduct one-on-one sessions with QA professionals to assess team maturity levels, reinforcing processes and best practices;
  • Support adoption of quality pillars, respecting the context and particularities of each squad;
  • Monitor and verify adherence to the quality artifacts defined for each pillar;
  • Contribute to the creation and evolution of quality templates and playbooks;
  • Participate in and support recurring presentations and alignment sessions, ensuring the plan progresses within established deadlines;
  • Work collaboratively with different areas/directorates to promote alignment and disseminate a quality-driven culture;
  • Promote a culture of quality and continuous improvement within technical teams.

Requirements

  • Experience with software quality processes;
  • Knowledge of TMMi;
  • Experience facilitating and communicating with technical teams;
  • Familiarity with quality culture and QA best practices;
  • Experience managing quality artifacts and quality evidence;
  • Experience using SharePoint for document organization and management;
  • Experience working in environments with multiple teams/squads (advantageous for operating at organizational scale);
  • Availability to work in a hybrid model in São Paulo.
