About the role

  • Design, develop, and maintain robust automation solutions using Python, ensuring scalability, efficiency and reliability of processes;
  • Develop an RPA capable of executing the end-to-end sales and product input process, automating manual steps and increasing operational scale;
  • Model automation solutions considering integrations with legacy systems, APIs, and existing workflows;
  • Take a leading role in identifying continuous improvement and process automation opportunities;
  • Implement and support robots in production, including orchestration, monitoring, and operational support;
  • Diagnose and resolve critical technical and operational incidents, ensuring continuity and stability of automations;
  • Build integrations between systems using REST APIs, ensuring efficient communication between platforms;
  • Handle files (Excel, CSV, PDFs) and automate interactions with web and desktop applications;
  • Apply development best practices, including clean code, exception handling, logging, version control, and testing;
  • Participate in defining technical standards, governance, and the evolution of the automation ecosystem;
  • Support technical feasibility analysis of new automations in collaboration with business areas;
  • Serve as a technical reference, supporting the team with mentorship, training, and knowledge sharing;
  • Collaborate with business and IT teams, ensuring clear communication and alignment of developed solutions.

Requirements

  • Solid experience in Python development applied to automation/RPA;
  • Experience with orchestration and monitoring of robots in production environments;
  • Knowledge of system integration via REST APIs;
  • Experience with development best practices (Clean Code, exception handling, logging);
  • Experience with code versioning using Git (branching strategies, pull requests, and code review);
  • Familiarity with automation pipeline tools such as Jenkins;
  • Experience handling files (Excel, CSV, PDFs) and automating web and desktop applications;
  • Strong technical analysis and structured problem-solving skills;
  • Clear communication skills and the ability to interact with technical and business stakeholders;
  • Experience in medium to high complexity environments with multiple integrations.
