About the role

  • Act as an Agile Coach within the CoE (Center of Excellence), supporting multiple teams and stakeholders;
  • Promote the evolution of agile maturity (Scrum, Kanban, Lean, among others);
  • Implement and disseminate Growth Hacking practices within the agile context;
  • Support squads in defining and tracking growth metrics (acquisition, activation, retention, revenue, among others);
  • Facilitate ceremonies, team activities and strategic workshops;
  • Lead continuous improvement initiatives based on data and experimentation;
  • Support leadership in value-, impact- and outcome-oriented decision-making;
  • Foster a culture of continuous learning, innovation and a data-driven mindset;
  • Identify and act to remove organizational impediments that affect team performance;
  • Contribute to the creation and evolution of playbooks, frameworks and best practices for agility and growth.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as an Agile Coach or in agile leadership roles;
  • Hands-on experience with agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, Lean, SAFe or similar);
  • Experience with Growth Hacking, experimentation and testing (A/B tests, hypothesis-driven approaches, learning cycles);
  • Strong data orientation and familiarity with product/growth metrics;
  • Experience in digital environments, product development or customer journey optimization;
  • Consultative approach with the ability to influence stakeholders at multiple levels of the organization;
  • Experience facilitating workshops, trainings and group exercises.
