  • Define product direction and market positioning;
  • Identify user needs and behaviors through research;
  • Prioritize features and organize deliveries, balancing value, effort and risk;
  • Facilitate alignment between technical, design and business teams;
  • Monitor KPIs and metrics to inform decision-making;
  • Translate business needs into clear, feasible requirements;

Requirements

  • Experience with financial products and their transactional flows;
  • Experience defining product strategy, including purpose, positioning and market direction;
  • Experience with high-volume transactional digital products and complex engagement logic (a plus);
  • Knowledge of user research and validation methodologies;
  • Experience in backlog prioritization, roadmap management and trade-off analysis (value vs. effort vs. risk);
  • Experience working with multidisciplinary teams (technology, design and business);
  • Knowledge of defining and tracking KPIs and product metrics driven by data;
  • Familiarity with technical fundamentals for translating requirements and evaluating solution feasibility;
  • Experience with agile methodologies such as Scrum and Kanban;
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, including expectation alignment and prioritization negotiation.
