About the role

  • Market research, exploratory analysis, and quantitative and qualitative methods;
  • Responsible for conducting research with users and stakeholders, mapping journeys, conducting benchmarks, identifying areas for improvement, and proposing solutions that optimize the customer experience in digital products;
  • The professional will play a key role in generating strategic insights that guide product decisions, as well as transforming data into practical, actionable recommendations, always with a user-centered focus;

Requirements

  • Experience in market research;
  • Experience with Figma;
  • Proven experience as a UX Designer;
  • Undergraduate degree in progress in Information Technology, or completion of any undergraduate degree accompanied by a postgraduate certificate (specialization, master's or doctorate) in Information Technology or in the fields of Architecture/Information Design, Interaction Design, Human–Computer Interaction (HCI), Information Design, or Ergodesign;
