About the role

  • Create and review copy for conversation flows in conversational channels such as WhatsApp and Rich Communication Services (RCS);
  • Ensure the language used is clear, empathetic, and aligned with the brand's tone of voice;
  • Collaborate with UX/UI and Product teams to define and evolve conversational journeys;
  • Adapt messages and content considering the interaction context and the specifics of each channel;
  • Contribute best practices in UX Writing and conversational design, promoting consistency and quality in the user experience.

Requirements

  • Previous experience with conversational journeys (WhatsApp, RCS, Chatbot or similar channels);
  • Strong knowledge of UX Writing;
  • Ability to work in partnership with UX/UI teams;
  • Good communication skills and a collaborative profile;
  • Experience creating and structuring content for conversational experiences;
  • Experience with Telecom products or virtual assistants is desirable.
