About the role
- Lead the development and execution of technology strategies aligned with business objectives;
- Identify opportunities for innovation, operational efficiency, and growth through technology solutions;
- Facilitate workshops with clients to map opportunities for delivering value in automation, digital transformation, enterprise platforms, and data analytics;
- Translate business requirements into viable technology solutions in partnership with technical teams and stakeholders;
- Foster the development of technology communities, promoting a culture of innovation and knowledge sharing;
- Monitor technology trends and maintain an innovation radar to propose strategic initiatives;
- Create and distribute communication materials, such as newsletters and blog posts, to engage the community;
- Ensure compliance with development guidelines and best practices, governance, information security, and quality;
- Monitor metrics and performance indicators for technology initiatives;
- Assess the impact of community initiatives and events by collecting feedback and driving continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Experience defining and executing technology strategies and digital transformation;
- Experience facilitating workshops and engaging with clients and executive stakeholders;
- Knowledge of agile methodologies such as Scrum and Kanban;
- Experience with tools such as Jira and AgileScale;
- Knowledge of DevOps practices;
- Familiarity with cloud environments, especially AWS;
- Knowledge of solution architecture and enterprise platforms;
- Analytical skills for monitoring metrics and performance indicators;
- Strategic communication skills and ability to produce technical content;
- Collaborative profile with a focus on innovation and development of technology communities.
