About the role

  • Implement and evolve automation workflows (n8n or similar) based on defined briefs and technical designs;
  • Build, adjust, and maintain integrations via REST APIs (requests, authentication, and error handling);
  • Manipulate, transform, and validate JSON data (payloads, mappings, and validations);
  • Support integrations with headless CMSs, following patterns and models already established by the team;
  • Create utility scripts and make minor adjustments in Python or JavaScript/TypeScript when needed;
  • Debug failures with team support, analyzing logs, status codes, and payloads;
  • Apply basic validations, retries, and simple error controls to ensure stability;
  • Version code using Git (branches, organized commits, pull requests when applicable);
  • Document essential information such as inputs, outputs, parameters, and integration caveats;
  • Work collaboratively with the technical team, flagging questions and risks promptly;
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of existing automation flows.

Requirements

  • Proactive, action-oriented profile with a practical, delivery-focused attitude;
  • Solid foundation in programming logic;
  • Comfortable working with JSON (reading, constructing, transforming, and debugging);
  • Experience with consuming and integrating REST APIs;
  • Practical knowledge of automation and workflow tools (n8n, Make, Zapier, or similar);
  • Basic knowledge of Git (branching, commits, pull/push);
  • Ability to execute tasks from a clear brief and request support when necessary;
  • Organized with attention to technical details;
  • Good communication and collaborative attitude;
  • Preferred: Experience with headless CMS (e.g., Contentstack or similar); basic knowledge of Python for automations and quick scripts; basic knowledge of JavaScript or TypeScript; understanding of integration best practices (payload validation, retries, timeouts); previous experience in digital process automation projects.
