About the role

  • Identify, plan, and implement improvements in production environments;
  • Propose and implement technical and process improvements that add business value;
  • Work on environment automation to promote operational efficiency;
  • Enable and evolve the environment with a focus on standardization and DevOps best practices;
  • Maintain a proactive approach to learning and experimenting with new technologies.

Requirements

  • Strong experience with AWS production environments;
  • Experience with APM and observability tools such as Datadog and CloudWatch;
  • Experience in automation and Infrastructure as Code using Terraform and CloudFormation;
  • Knowledge of CI/CD, with tools like Git, supporting a DevOps culture;
  • Knowledge of AWS environment configuration (VPC, security, Multi-AZ);
  • Experience with UNIX and Shell scripting;
  • Knowledge of NoSQL databases and VectorDB;
  • Preferred: Experience with AI or GenAI environments; experience in medium to large corporate environments; knowledge of SRE or FinOps practices.
