About the role

  • Work on migrating data pipelines from GCP and on-premises to AWS;
  • Modernize the data architecture using AWS managed services;
  • Ensure data governance, security, and adherence to global data standards;
  • Optimize performance, costs, and reliability of the pipelines;
  • Support the migration of BI workloads and regulatory data (RECOF‑SPED);
  • Collaborate with local and global technical and business teams.

Requirements

  • Experience in data engineering and migrating cloud environments;
  • Hands-on experience with AWS (S3, Glue, EMR, Athena, Redshift, IAM, Lake Formation);
  • Previous experience with GCP (BigQuery, Dataflow, Pub/Sub, Cloud Storage or similar);
  • Experience with ETL/ELT pipelines and modernizing data architectures;
  • Proficiency in SQL and Python;
  • Experience with on-premises environments and cloud migration processes;
  • Familiarity with data governance, security, and access control.
