About the role

  • Develop and evolve Python back-end services for conversational agents and AI-based customer service systems;
  • Design, implement, and maintain microservices architectures, ensuring scalability, resilience, and observability;
  • Integrate conversational agents with business systems, internal APIs, and external services;
  • Implement orchestration and communication flows between agents, services, and platform components;
  • Model, store, and operate data in NoSQL databases, ensuring performance and consistency;
  • Contribute to technical standardization and reuse of agent components at enterprise scale;
  • Support the definition of development best practices, versioning, and lifecycle management for AI agents;
  • Collaborate with architecture, data, and business teams to ensure technical and functional alignment;
  • Support governance of customer service agents, including monitoring, traceability, and quality control.

Requirements

  • Strong experience in Back-End development with Python;
  • Proven experience with microservices architecture;
  • Practical knowledge of LangChain, LangFlow, and LangGraph;
  • Experience integrating systems via REST APIs;
  • Experience working with NoSQL databases;
  • Ability to operate in complex, distributed environments with multiple integrations;
  • Differentials: Hands-on experience with LLMs, Generative AI, and agent architectures (Agentic AI);
  • Experience with multi-agent systems, including model parameterization (temperature, top-k, top-p);
  • Implementation of guardrails and control mechanisms;
  • Development of advanced prompt engineering strategies;
  • Knowledge of MCP, APA protocols and emerging standards for agents;
  • Experience with agent monitoring and observability frameworks such as LangFuse, LangSmith, or LangChain Monitoring;
  • Experience with contact center systems, chatbots and conversational channels;
  • Experience in hybrid cloud environments (Oracle Cloud, GCP).
