About the role

  • Be the point of contact between partners and the event organization.
  • Monitor expectations, needs and deliverables before, during and after the event.
  • Ensure clear and ongoing communication with stakeholders.
  • Assist in event planning with respect to partner activations.
  • Map and organize physical or digital spaces designated for activations, booths, branding and engagement activities.
  • Coordinate deadlines and deliverables with the production team.
  • Ensure correct application of partner branding across all communication materials and the event space.
  • Coordinate brand activations, giveaways, promotions or planned experiences.
  • Support partners' participation logistics (credentials, materials, setup and teardown).
  • Consolidate performance and brand exposure reports.
  • Prepare reports documenting the delivery of agreed partner benefits/deliverables.
  • Support partner retention for future editions.
  • Support the management and application of cooperative marketing funds (MDF), following partner guidelines and ensuring strategic use of resources.

Requirements

  • Experience with B2B events focused on lead generation and pipeline acceleration.
  • Experience with strategic partnerships and co-marketing activities.
  • Knowledge of marketing and brand activations.
  • Ability to analyze results and engagement metrics.
  • Negotiation and communication skills, with experience managing multiple stakeholders.
  • Organization, attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Analytical capability and proficiency with tools for building reports.
  • Advanced English (for interfacing with global teams) and intermediate Spanish (speaking and comprehension).
  • Collaborative, communicative, results-oriented profile with strategic vision.
