About the role

Develop and implement test strategies to ensure the quality of systems and applications;
Analyze requirements and technical specifications, identifying risks, defects, and opportunities for improvement;
Execute manual and automated tests, ensuring functional and technical coverage;
Document evidence and test results, and prepare quality reports;
Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams, participating in agile ceremonies and technical meetings;
Monitor quality metrics and propose corrective and preventive actions;
Contribute to the continuous improvement of development and quality processes.

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field;
Experience in Software Quality, working on projects for corporate/business clients (B2B);
Knowledge of test automation and manual testing;
Experience with API-first approaches;
Knowledge of functional testing and unit testing;
Experience with Java and test automation using Rest-Assured;
Experience with management and tracking tools such as Jira Software;
Knowledge of agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, or similar);
Collaborative, proactive, and results-oriented profile.
