About the role
- Conduct research and analyze internal user journeys in the use of data and strategic information;
- Map, build, and validate flows, journeys, and experiences for different profiles and organizational levels;
- Work in partnership with Product Owners and business areas to identify opportunities, align expectations and priorities;
- Support the definition and evolution of the product roadmap, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives;
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and interfaces in Figma, ensuring clarity, usability, and visual consistency;
- Apply heuristic evaluations and usability testing to validate proposed solutions;
- Ensure accessibility, consistency, and quality of the user experience across all deliverables;
- Collaborate with data, technology, and business teams to ensure technical feasibility and adherence to user needs;
- Document design decisions, research learnings, and recommendations for continuous product improvement.
Requirements
- Experience as a Product Designer, UX Designer, or similar roles;
- Experience in B2B projects or employee experience (Employee Experience);
- Knowledge of BI tools and understanding of business metrics;
- Proficiency in Figma for creating flows, wireframes, and prototypes;
- Experience with user research and interviews;
- Strong knowledge of UX, usability, and heuristic analysis;
- Familiarity with e-commerce concepts (information architecture, funnels, metrics, and conversion);
- Experience with Power BI or similar data visualization tools.
- Desired: Familiarity with Kanbanize or visual workflow/management tools.
