About the role

  • Develop strategies for revenue growth and business expansion in complex environments across a client base in the financial sector.
  • Build and maintain strategic client relationships, ensuring value creation and alignment with regulatory and business objectives.
  • Act as a partner to the Engagement Manager in leading the GrowthPod (delivery structure).
  • Monitor performance indicators and propose continuous improvements.
  • Ensure a balance between delivery excellence and client satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Solid technical and business experience in solutions for the financial services industry (FSI), including payments, banking, investments, credit and systems integration.
  • Knowledge of project management, metrics analysis and performance tools.
  • Familiarity with agile methodologies (Scrum, SAFe, Kanban), traditional approaches (Waterfall, PMBOK, etc.) and digital tools (CRM, management platforms).
  • Proven experience in business development and strategic account management.
  • Ability to develop and maintain relationships with business units, speaking the language of the business while bringing technical expertise that can accelerate outcomes and generate significant business value.
  • Excellent skills in communication, negotiation, adaptability, critical thinking and results orientation.
