About the role
- Lead the development of digital journeys focused on urban mobility and financial payments;
- Serve as the product and business authority on urban mobility and payment methods;
- Manage the product lifecycle, ensuring continuous, measurable delivery aligned with strategic objectives;
- Write, elaborate, and prioritize technical and business user stories with focus on usability, performance, and value;
- Organize and keep the product backlog up to date, ensuring clarity and proper prioritization of features;
- Ensure achievement of the defined success criteria for the product;
- Collaborate with developers, architects, and business stakeholders in a technical and collaborative environment;
- Monitor product performance indicators and propose continuous improvements.
Requirements
- Proven experience in the banking sector, especially in payment and mobility solutions;
- Proven experience as a Product Owner, preferably in a financial context;
- Knowledge of payment methods (Pix, Open Finance, credit and debit cards);
- Practical experience with agile methodologies such as Scrum and Kanban;
- Experience with Agile at scale;
- Experience in business analysis and requirements gathering;
- Knowledge of software architecture and microservices;
- Familiarity with Azure API Gateway and NoSQL databases;
- Experience with management tools such as Jira;
- Strong skills in writing and prioritizing technical and business user stories.
